Returns & Exchanges

At Low Carb Canada, we strive for your satisfaction; however, due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is non-perishable, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items such as fresh bread, frozen goods, or clearance products are final sale.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our primary distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
