LorAnn Oils Gourmet Flavorings are highly concentrated flavors that are 3 to 4 times stronger than your usual grocery store extracts. When substituting these flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. 1 dram = 1 teaspoon (approx.) Ideal for candies, fudges, frostings, baking and more.
